What drives behaviors?
Behaviors are actions over time that aim to make life better, for self, progeny, extended kin, and everybody else (in that order). They are the result of the discrepancy between your goals and your present life, and are influenced by past exposures and learning. The current state and past trajectory of your body, mind, environmental circumstances, culture, and addictions all come into play.
The fastest way to increase your life success is to give up on addictions (A), which are distracting you from achieving your life goals. Next is culture (C)-adopt a new/better self-identity. Then environment (E)-access resources and remove inhibitions. Then mind (M)-improve how you feel, think, and your knowledge. Then body (B)-improve your health, energy and abilities. Then life itself (L)-preserve, multiply and improve your genes (progeny).
