To enjoy and perform well in the game of life, you have to aim not just for health but for wellness. After diagnosing, treating, improving, and preventing current disorders, building performance adds another layer of resilience and takes your life to the next level. We are all athletes in the game of life.

A lot of the bio-socio-psychological tools used in medicine to treat diseases can be (re-)purposed to improve wellness and performance. For example, in the work done by my teams, our blood biomarker tests for anxiety, mood, stress, pain, memory, longevity, and even those for suicidality risk can be used to match people to nutraceuticals and medications that help them build a better mind and body. Keeping track of lifestyle, feelings, thoughts with our digital tools helps people make adjustments that optimize their lives.
